Apart from the principal missions of national interests, military personnel in the Headquarters give out various kinds of Submissions to the pilots with potential. It gets harder to achieve the requests as it goes on but the reward is priceless. You can also refuse to submit but you will lose your fame.
Submission is given to a pilot waiting in the Headquarters every 5 minutes by 50%. You can check the mission list if you press M.

Rewarding System
Submissions are sorted in 8 grades by difficulty. And the reward is different for each grade. Completion of Submission will provide you with certain amount of Gold, FP, EXP and minerals for special tuning in some occasions.
